Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

1. Ownership of Content

All content published on this Site and on any official communication channel of the Universal Christian Church (“the Church”) — including but not limited to texts, articles, doctrinal writings, historical‑philosophical materials, images, graphics, logos, symbols, audiovisual content, liturgical elements, and any other intellectual creation — is the exclusive intellectual property of Eleazar Majors and the Universal Christian Church, unless otherwise stated.

All such content is protected under applicable copyright laws in Italy, the European Union, the United States, and internationally.

2. Rights Reserved

Unless expressly authorized in writing by the Church, it is strictly prohibited to:

  • reproduce

  • distribute

  • modify

  • translate

  • publish

  • adapt

  • create derivative works

  • use the content for religious, doctrinal, ritual, organizational, or commercial purposes outside the Church

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

3. Protection of Doctrinal and Liturgical Materials

Doctrinal texts, theological reflections, liturgical formulas, spiritual commentaries, manifestos, and any material expressing the spiritual identity of the Church are protected as original intellectual works.

Their use outside the official context of the Church is prohibited unless expressly authorized.

This Policy must be read together with the Doctrinal Integrity Policy, which governs:

  • authorized interpretation

  • permitted and prohibited uses

  • protection of sacred symbols

  • use across digital platforms

 

4. Logo, Symbols, and Visual Identity

The name Universal Christian Church, the official logo, and all associated symbols, emblems, seals, and visual elements are protected as trademarks and distinctive signs.

Any reproduction, imitation, alteration, or unauthorized use of the Church’s visual identity is strictly forbidden.

 

5. Use Across Digital Platforms

This Policy applies to all content published on:

  • the official website

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • YouTube

  • TikTok

  • X (Twitter)

  • newsletters

  • podcasts

  • printed materials

  • any future official platform

Content shared on these channels remains fully protected and may not be:

  • copied

  • reposted

  • edited

  • reinterpreted

  • used for external religious or ideological purposes

without written authorization.

 

6. Permitted Use (Fair Use)

Limited use of short excerpts is permitted exclusively for:

  • academic research

  • personal study

  • critical commentary

provided that:

  • the author (Eleazar Majors) is clearly credited

  • the source (Universal Christian Church – official website or official channel) is cited

  • the meaning of the text is not altered

  • the use does not imply endorsement or affiliation

Use for doctrinal, ritual, organizational, or identity‑related purposes outside the Church is not permitted without written authorization.

 

7. User‑Generated Content

Any content voluntarily submitted by users (comments, messages, testimonials, textual contributions) may be stored and, if relevant, published or referenced, in compliance with privacy regulations.

Submission of such content does not transfer copyright to the Church; however, by submitting it, the user grants the Church a non‑exclusive license to use it for spiritual, editorial, or communicative purposes.

 

8. Enforcement and Violations

The Church reserves the right to:

  • request immediate removal of unauthorized reproductions

  • issue formal notices

  • pursue legal action when necessary

  • notify third‑party platforms of violations

Any misuse of the Church’s intellectual property will be addressed with the utmost seriousness.

 

9. Reporting Violations

All reports will be handled confidentially and with due diligence.

 

10. Updates to This Policy

This Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy may be updated periodically to reflect legal, organizational, or operational changes. The version published on this page is the most recent and binding.
