2. Service Description

Donations are voluntary and processed securely through Stripe. Refunds may be granted at the Church’s discretion. By donating, you enter a legally binding agreement and accept Stripe’s terms.

6. Use of Content and Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on the Site or on any official Church platform — including texts, articles, images, graphics, videos, audio, logos, symbols, doctrinal materials, and liturgical elements — is the exclusive property of the Universal Christian Church and protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, translate, adapt, or create derivative works without written authorization.

7. Doctrinal Integrity

All doctrinal, theological, liturgical, and spiritual materials published by the Church are protected under the Doctrinal Integrity Policy, which governs:

• use across social media and digital platforms

Only Church leadership may issue official interpretations.
 

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold the Church harmless from any claims arising from misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
