1. Owner Identity and binding terms
This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by the Universal Christian Church. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. The service offered are detailed in Art.2 Service Description. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. Service Description
The Site aims to divulgate historical-philosophical-religious information, explain the activities promoted by the Church, and invite action by participating in volunteer activities and other non-profit initiatives. The Site also offers the possibility to subscribe to a newsletter that is sent regularly to update on activities, research, and events organized by the Church. Additionally, the Site offers the opportunity to make spontaneous donations to support the cause.

3. User Requirements and Responsibility
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you. The information on the Site is provided for informational purposes only, without any intent to manipulate or claim to be absolute truth. The user, by giving consent to the transmission of data, is not bound in any way and may withdraw consent at any time. The information provided does not intend in any way to contradict, diminish, or provoke adverse reactions to traditional doctrines.

4. Donation Terms
Voluntariness: donations are entirely voluntary and are not required to access the information or services offered by the Site.
Use of Funds: Donations will be used exclusively to support the activities of the Universal Christian Church as described on the Site.
Refunds: Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at the discretion of the Universal Christian Church.
Liability: When making a donation, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full description of the Church activities and preachings before making a donation to support it; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to donate when you commit to donation and you complete the check-out payment process. The amount of the donation are deliberately chosen without any minimum or maximum amount. The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your payment method, such as possible transaction fees, will be on your duty.

5. Retention of right to change offering
We may, without prior notice, change the activities; stop providing them or any features of the initiatives we offer; or create limits for the activities. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the information and activities without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
6. Use of Content
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, audio-visual materials, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of The Universal Christian Church. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof. All intellectual property rights are reserved. Any violation of these rights may result in legal action. Any misuse of the information published will be persecuted by law.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Universal Christian Church harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
8. Code of conduct
The Universal Christian Church is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all members and visitors of the site. The following code of conduct outlines the expected behavior during participation in church activities and interactions on the website:

f. Accountability and Transparency: Users are responsible for their actions and must act with integrity and transparency. Any dishonest or deceptive behavior will not be tolerated.
g. Reporting Violations: Violations of the code of conduct must be reported promptly to the representative of the Universal Christian Church at info@universalchristianchurch.org. All reports will be treated with the utmost seriousness and confidentiality.
The Universal Christian Church reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including suspension or expulsion from access to the site and activities or any other necessary legal action, for those who violate the code of conduct.

9. Anti-discrimination policy

The Universal Christian Church reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including but not limited to suspension or expulsion from the site and activities or any other legal action necessary, for individuals who violate this policy. 10. Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Site owner be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service and the information contained therein.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site owner assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.The information is provided "as is" without any warranty of completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or the results obtained from the use of such information.
Non inducement clause: The contents of the Site are not intended to encourage or induce any illegal, harmful, or unethical actions. Any consequences, actions taken based on the information provided on the Site, or any adverse reactions are solely the responsibility of the user, and the Site owner disclaims any liability for such actions or consequences. The Site owner is not responsible for any harm, distress, or adverse reactions that may arise from the use or interpretation of the information provided.

11. Right to suspend or cancel user
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.

The Site owner reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you do not want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time via email at info@universalchristianchurch.org.

14. Applicable Law
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided here, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of Italy, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Italy.

15. Further provisions
This Site is built and hosted on the Wix platform. By using this site, you also agree to comply with Wix's own terms of service, which can be found at Wix Terms of Service (https://www.wix.com/about/terms-of-use). The Site may include links to third-party websites, services, or features, including those provided by Wix. The Universal Christian Church is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
Donations made through the site are processed by Stripe. By making a donation, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy, which can be found at Strip Services Agreement (https://stripe.com/en-it/legal/ssa) and Stripe Privacy Policy (https://stripe.com/en-it/privacy). All payment transactions are encrypted and handled securely by Stripe. The Universal Christian Church does not store or have access to your complete payment information. Any transaction fees associated with Stripe will be displayed at the time of donation. Refunds will be handled according to the refund policy outlined in the Donation Terms section of this document.
