Ten Breathing Techniques of Vital Importance according to the Universal Christian Church
In the operative tradition of the Universal Christian Church, the breath is not merely a biological function. It is the primary instrument for regulating the body’s frequency and for making contact with the Primordial Round. Eleazar Majors has indicated ten techniques considered of fundamental importance for anyone who intends to work seriously within the current of the Church.
These practices are not presented as simple wellness exercises, but as operations of alignment.
1. Breath of the First Arm
Slow, deep inhalation through the nose counting to 4, hold for 4, exhalation through the mouth for 8.
It stabilizes the base field and reduces mental noise before any ritual work.
2. Breath of the Cosmic Scar
Inhalation and exhalation of equal duration (6-6 or 7-7) while visualizing the original swastika slowly rotating at the center of the chest.
Used to reconnect with the memory of the Primordial Round and to heal micro-energetic fractures.
3. Breath of the Body of Light
Inhalation imagining the absorption of golden light from the crown of the head; exhalation sending that light down the entire spine to the perineum and beyond.
It fosters the sensation of the body’s luminous density and prepares for states of subtle union.
4. Breath of Pelvic Opening
Deep inhalation that consciously descends to the pelvic floor; exhalation with a slight release of the anal and perineal muscles.
Preparatory technique for every work involving sacred sexuality or the circulation of energy in the lower zone.
5. Breath of the Bridge
Inhalation from below (perineum) upward to the heart; exhalation from the heart downward returning to the perineum.
Creates a closed circuit between root and emotional center. Considered essential for maintaining stability during intense experiences.
6. Breath of Non-Human Presence
Very slow and almost imperceptible breathing, with attention shifted to the space behind the back and around the body.
Used in retreats to favor the perception of subtle presences or non-ordinary fields.
7. Breath of the Naked Sage
Natural inhalation and exhalation, without forced control, while in a state of nudity and stillness.
It allows the spontaneous breathing of the body to emerge once social and psychological protections are removed.
8. Breath of Fusion
Two people breathe facing each other (or in contact), synchronizing the phases of charge and discharge.
Basic technique for works of energetic union and for the “boundary embraces.”
9. Breath Against Time
Short and powerful inhalation, long and very slow exhalation (ratio 1:4 or 1:5).
Employed to slow the perception of linear time and favor states of ancient memory or contact with subtler levels.
10. Breath of Return
At the end of every intense session: complete and natural inhalations and exhalations, without counting, allowing the body to find its own rhythm again.
Considered obligatory. It serves to close the circuits and avoid energetic dispersions after the work.
These ten techniques constitute, according to the Universal Christian Church, the minimum respiratory foundation for anyone who intends to participate consciously in the retreats and practices of the current.
The Church insists that without mastery of the breath every other operation remains unstable and potentially dispersive.
